Update - May 14, 2022
The club will continue with its tryouts/team selection this upcoming week and will likely have everything finalized by the end of the week. Games for most teams will likely be starting the week of May 23 so final decisions do need to be made as the teams get ready to kick off the season (the Senior women’s division games will be starting on May 30).
The next tryouts for the teams are as follows (all at Hernewood Intermediate):
Sunday, May 15 at 6:00 pm for Senior Men’s team
Monday, May 16 at 6:00 pm for the Under 11 & Under 13 boy’s groups
Monday, May 16 at 7:15 pm for the Under 15 boy’s group
*** We are asking for parents to also show up this evening a few minutes before the session so that a team meting can be held to discuss the season, what the schedule could look like, who is available to help, etc..
Monday, May 16 at 5:30 pm for the Under 11 & Under 13 girl’s group
Monday, May 16 at 6:30 pm for the Under 15 & Under 18 girl’s groups
Please take note, we will see how the weather is on Monday and if some of the groups end up moving to inside to the gym we will post a notice on our website Monday at approximately 4:00 pm. Therefore please make sure to check the website before leaving for the soccer field on Monday.
We can still use some more players at all age levels on the boys side and for the Under 11 and Under 13 girls so if you know of anyone interested in playing please try to get them out.
