Hi everyone,

Just wanted to send along as much of an update as I can for the moment. 

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS:

We did meet with the community leaders last Wednesday and got a few things finalized but there are still a few things to do (Alberton is in the process of hiring a new recreation director which we hope they will have soon, still have a few coaches to find, etc..).  I will have a full email/story website update for everyone by the end of day tomorrow - June 17 to let everyone know what we have in place so far for the community programs, just finishing the story up with a bit of information to confirm and will post by end of day on Tuesday.

COMPETITIVE TEAMS:

Please see below for the schedule for the upcoming week - again this is mainly for the competitive teams in the club as well as our tryouts for the under 9 travel teams that we are hoping to have. 

Please note:  For anyone on the competitive teams from under 11 to Senior who has not paid their registration fee, this will need to be paid by June 22 to avoid a late fee charge (I backed it up by a week as I need to go thru all of the lists to see who hasn’t paid yet).  If you need to make payment arrangements (ie: monthly installments) please reach out to Brian

Monday, June 16:

Senior women division 1 game vs. Stratford Cougars at Hernewood at 7 pm

Senior women division 3 team will play at 7:00 pm at the Parkman Complex vs. CSSC Titans

Tuesday, June 17:

Under 18 girls premier vs. Eastern Eagles at Hernewood at 6:30 pm

Under 9 boys travel team tryouts from 5:15 to 6:00 pm at Hernewood (please go to the main field inside the track - this will likely be the last tryout)

Under 9 girls travel team tryouts from 5:15 to 6:00 pm at Hernewood (please go to the main field inside the track - this will likely be the last tryout)

Under 11 girls division 2 and division 3 teams practice from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Hernewood (please go to the Under 13 field beside main highway)

Under 13 boys first division team practice from 7:00 to 8:00 pm at Hernewood (please go to the under 13 field beside main highway)

Under 11 boys division 2 team will not have a practice this week

Under 11 boys division 3 team practices from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at Hernewood (please go to the Under 11 field)

Wednesday, June 18:

Under 18 girls first division do not play this week, it looks like this game will be rescheduled to July 4 as player availability for June 27 is not looking great.

Under 11 boys division 2 game that was scheduled for Saturday, June 21 has been rescheduled to June 18 with a start time of 6:30 pm - that game will take place at Hernewood vs. RC United Cornwall #1 (will be on the Under 11 field)

Under 13 girls first division practice at Hernewood from 5:30 to 6:30 pm (please go to the Under 13 field)

Under 18 girls teams practice at Hernewood from 6:30 to 7:30 pm (please go to the main field inside the track)

Thursday, June 19:

Under 13 girls first division play at 7:00 pm at Hernewood vs. Stratford #2

Under 13 boys first division play at 7:20 pm at the Parkman Complex vs. Sherwood #2

Friday, June 20:

Under 11 Girls Division 2 team vs. Summerside 1 will likely need to be rescheduled due to too many players playing in the ball hockey tournament in Summerside, update to follow

Under 11 Girls Division 3 team play at Hernewood at 7:20 pm vs. Summerside 1 (as of now the game is still scheduled to take place as we are okay for players, not sure on the Summerside team)

Saturday, June 21:

Under 11 Boys Division 3 team game vs. Summerside #3 will need to be rescheduled due to too many players playing in the ball hockey tournament in Summerside

Under 11 Boys Division 2 team game was rescheduled to Wednesday, June 18

Sunday, June 22:

Senior men division 2 plays at Hernewood at 4:00 pm vs. Supreme FC
